Abdelrahman Osama is a senior product design leader based in Cairo, Egypt. Twenty years of craft across enterprise, government, and consumer AI products — most recently at Scale AI on Kawader, a national workforce AI platform for the Government of Qatar, and before that as co-founder and CPO of Conix.
The thread is consistent: research leads, craft follows, and AI is treated as a tool in service of the user's actual decision — not as the product's front door. Interaction models get designed before interfaces do; interfaces get shipped before pattern libraries.
